How does the booking process work? | To make a reservation fill out a "contact us" form, call or email us. Once you have talked with one of our representatives we will send a confirmation email shortly after your reservation. Then day of delivery, your driver will call you to let you know they are in route to your drop off. When the drivers arrive they will knock on your door, ask where you would like the equipment to go, set up, clean and instruct on proper usage. Then have the customer sign the contract and collect payment. Then the drivers will go to the next stop. Drivers will then come back for pick up. Customer does not need to be home for pickup since all paperwork and payment was taken care of on delivery. |
How does payment work? | We have NO deposit, meaning we will never ask you for any money or credit card information before the event. Payment types we accept are All major Credit Cards (Excluding Discover), Check and Cash. Payment is due at time of delivery. |
Can/How do I cancel my order? | We have a $0.00 Cancellation fee. We ask, if you do cancel, please contact us minimum of 24 hours before scheduled delivery date to prevent labor usage. If you would like to cancel your reservation please call, text or email us.

How does this affect my sprinkler system? | Our stakes we use to secure the inflatable to the groud are 12" long, pounded into the ground at a 30 degree angle meaning they will not go in the groud deep enough to damage sprinkler lines or below ground lines assuming they are installed up to code. |
Will inflatables kill my grass? | Inflatables will not kill the grass if left on grass for less than 1 week. After 3 days or so you will see some yellow and green within your grass. Please allow 2-3 days for your grass to come back to normal. Note water slides are hard on grass, near the entrances due to kids gettting on and off. |
How does delivery work? | The driver will call when on the way to your event location to give you a heads up that they are close. If for any reason you or someone 18 years or older are not home, they will work with you to create a new time when they will come back to deliver your items. |
How can you prepare for delivery? | 1. If you have any furry friends, please ensure ALL poop is cleaned out of the yard.
2. If your yard has any leaves on it, they must all be raked up. Leaves stain our vinyl!
3. If you would like to mow your yard (as long as grass is below 6" its ok!) please mow the day before your scheduled delivery.
4. Locate an electrical plug within 100' of where the inflatable will be set up at.
5. If you reserved a water unit, please have ready a water connection and hose reaching to the inflatable. Please note, we do not provide hoses. |
What form of payment do you accept? | We accept Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Cards(All brands except Discover Cards) |
Do I leave a tip for the driver? | While it is never required, you do have the option to leave a tip for the drivers. |
Is extension cord provided? | Yes! We provide extension cord up to 100ft. Further requires a Generator, which we have to rent! |
Do I need to be home for pick up? | No, all paper work will be completed when we deliver the infltable. |
Can you deliver on pavement? | Yes, while we prefer setting up on grass or soft surfaces, we can deliver on pavement. Please note this when you order to ensure we bring proper equipment to secure your inflatable to the ground. |
