At State of Fun, we understand that plans and weather conditions can change.
To ensure fair scheduling and protect all customers, all cancellations must be made at least
24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Standard Cancellations
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before delivery:
Payments will be refunded minus a 3% processing fee to cover non-refundable credit card charges.
You may also transfer the full amount paid to a new date with no fee (subject to availability).
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery:
Payments are non-refundable.
Weather Policy
Safety is our top priority. If severe weather is forecast — including heavy rain, thunderstorms,
lightning, or high winds — customers must follow all safety procedures.
Inflatable units cannot be operated in winds exceeding manufacturer safety guidelines
(typically 15–20 mph).
After-Delivery Weather
If unsafe weather occurs after the equipment has been delivered and set up,
no refunds will be issued.
Once equipment is installed, all safety decisions will follow manufacturer guidelines
and the judgment of our staff.
By reserving equipment with State of Fun, you acknowledge and agree to this
Cancellation & Weather Policy. These guidelines ensure fair treatment for all
customers and allow us to operate safely and responsibly.
