1) No other people in throwing area 2) Absolutely no riding or climbing on cow
Operation Instructions
1) Attendant will hand player the lasso 2) Player will get 3 attempts at lassoing the cow 3) If player successfully lasso's the cow, the player gets a large prize 4) Repeat for duration of use
