Pay Rate: $14.00 - 19.50 per hour

Job Description

As an Attendant, you will play an important role in creating a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for guests at events. You will be responsible for assisting with the setup, operation, and cleanup of event equipment and supplies, while ensuring everything is organized and functioning properly. This position requires strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Attendants are expected to provide excellent customer service, assist guests and team members as needed, and help maintain a clean and safe event space. You will also be responsible for following company procedures, observing safety requirements, and addressing onsite needs in a professional and timely manner. This role is ideal for someone dependable, hardworking, and able to contribute to a strong team atmosphere.

We are currently looking to build a strong pool of attendants we can contact as event opportunities arise. Event schedules are not always consistent and typically occur during our busy season from April through October. Ideal candidates will have flexible availability and be open to being contacted for upcoming event dates as needed with advance notice.

Responsibilities

Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of event equipment and supplies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas and equipment
Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients
Monitor equipment and event activities to ensure safe and proper use
Follow company safety procedures and product guidelines
Communicate effectively with management, team members, and customers
Help resolve onsite issues quickly and professionally
Support the team with general event duties as needed

Preferred

18 years of age or older
Previous event, customer service, working with children, or attendant experience is a plus
