FOAM Party Manager

Pay Rate: $14.00 - 20.50 per hour

Job Description

As a Foam Party Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a fun, safe, and memorable experience for guests at foam events. This role includes setting up, operating, and monitoring foam party equipment, interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner, and ensuring the event area remains safe, clean, and organized throughout the event.

Foam Party Attendants are expected to arrive prepared, maintain a positive attitude, and provide excellent customer service while representing the company onsite. You will help oversee the flow of the event, monitor equipment performance, and assist with cleanup and breakdown once the event is complete. This position is ideal for someone energetic, dependable, and comfortable working in active, outdoor, and fast-paced event environments.

We are looking to build a team of attendants we can contact as foam party bookings arise. Events may vary in frequency and are most common during our busy season from April through October. Ideal candidates will have flexible availability and be open to working weekends, holidays, and other high-demand event dates.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and break down foam party equipment at event locations
Monitor foam equipment during events to ensure safe and proper operation
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe event area
Follow all company safety procedures and product guidelines
Communicate effectively with management, team members, and customers
Troubleshoot minor equipment or event-related issues onsite
Assist with cleaning and maintaining equipment before and after events
Help create a fun and positive guest experience throughout the event

Qualifications

Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable interacting with children, families, and large groups
Able to work independently and in a team setting
Responsible, dependable, and mature
Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to follow schedules and arrive on time
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Reliable transportation
Clear criminal background check
Drug-free

Preferred

18 years of age or older
Previous event, entertainment, or customer service experience is a plus
Flexible availability during peak season from April through October
Comfortable working weekends and event-based schedules
